A new Buick Astra? Isn't that the car GM tried to bring stateside year and years ago?

GMC Going With Granite

GMC is looking for a little brother to the GMC Acadia - they may have found it in Granite, a concept that first appeared at the 2010 North American International Auto Show.

Shortly after it debuted, Motor Trend reported GMC would produce the boxy car. Shortly thereafter, a retraction was issued. There would be no Granite from GMC.

Isuzu & GM End Diesel Partnership

Isuzu and General Motors have had a long engine development partnership, especial in the production of diesel powerplants. But that is coming to an end overseas.

Isuzu Motors Ltd. and General Motors Co. will "end their partnership in diesel engine development, an area where the Detroit-based automaker now plans to go it alone," the Nikkei business daily reported.

2012 Buick Verano Pricing

The 2012 Buick Verano is still a year away from going into production as the company's entry level vehicle - but customers wanted to know pricing, and Buick is officially announcing it.
